Reformer Classes are a  full body FLOW workout using spring loaded resistance. Activate your core, develop strong lean muscles & increase your metabolic rate. This is a strong abdominal, arm & leg workout.

 

JUMPILATES CLASSES are a dynamic CARDIO  workout utilising the Reformer & jump board. They are packed full of abdominal exercises & suitable for experienced intermediate & advanced reformer students

 

CIRCUIT CLASSES are a full body ENDURANCE workout that use all the studio equipment, such as the Studio Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, GTS, Power Plate and Small Apparatus.

 

PRE & POST PREGNANCY Circuit CLASSES are a full body modified circuit especially designed for new mums & mums to be.

 

 

 

MATWORK CLASSES are a full body FLOW  workout  using your own body as resistance. Activate your core, tone your abdominals, thighs & increase your spinal flexibility & mobility.

 

Small Apparatus Classes are a  full body workout Combining the Matwork, Magic Circles, Rollers, Thera-Bands, Fit Balls, Chi Balls, Freeform Boards and Dura Discs. This class will improve your core strength & stability

 

Pilates on the ball CLASSES are a dynamic small apparatus class using the Fit Ball . Improve core strength, flexibility and coordination. 

 

POWER PILATES CLASSES are an  advanced full body FLOW workout  that use the more dynamic and challenging Pilates matwork repertoire. Not for the faint hearted!

 

REFORMER MAT CLASSES are an advanced full body FLOW workout using traditional reformer exercises in a matwork format. An incredible abdominal challenge.

 

Pilates MAX CLASSES are an advanced full  body matwork CHALLENGE. Push your strength & endurance to the EXTREME

 

FUSION CLASSES are a combination of classical Hatha Yoga & Pilates Matwork. Concentrate on slow, precise physical postures as part of an overall practical philosophy. Improve your posture, flexibility, muscle tone, breathing, confidence & energy levels.

 

 

Group Classes are unsuitable if you have injuries or restrictions.

We provide special private tuition if you have special needs.
