Allegro Reformer Classes are a  full body FLOW workout using spring loaded resistance. Develop strong lean muscles & increase your metabolic rate. This is a strong abdominal, arm & leg workout.

 

CIRCUIT CLASSES are a full body ENDURANCE workout incorporating the Studio Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Small Apparatus.

 

PRE & POST PREGNANCY Circuit CLASSES are a full body modified workout workout incorporating the Studio Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Small Apparatus.

 

MATWORK CLASSES are a full body FLOW  workout  using your own body as resistance. Tone your abdominals, thighs & increase your spinal flexibility & mobility.

 

POWER PILATES CLASSES are a Matwork class with Punch. A full body FLOW workout using some of the more dynamic and challenging Pilates repertoire. Not for the faint hearted!

 

Pilates on the ball are a small apparatus class combining the Matwork, Fit Ball and Chi Balls. Improve core strength, flexibility and coordination. 

 

Small Apparatus Classes are a  full body workout Combining the Matwork, Magic Circles, Rollers, Thera-Bands & Fit Balls, this class will improve your core strength & stability

 

 

 

 

Group Classes are unsuitable if you have injuries or restrictions.

We provide special private tuition if you have special needs.
