Allegro Reformer Classes
CIRCUIT CLASSES are a full body ENDURANCE workout incorporating the Studio Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Small Apparatus.
PRE & POST PREGNANCY Circuit CLASSES are a full body modified workout workout incorporating the Studio Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels and Small Apparatus.
MATWORK
CLASSES are a full body
FLOW workout
using your own body as resistance. Tone
your abdominals, thighs & increase your spinal flexibility & mobility.
POWER PILATES CLASSES are a Matwork class with Punch. A full body FLOW workout using some of the more dynamic and challenging Pilates repertoire. Not for the faint hearted!
Pilates on the ball are a small apparatus class combining the Matwork, Fit Ball and Chi Balls. Improve core strength, flexibility and coordination.
