A long time student and now instructor of Pilates,
Amanda first encountered the method whilst dancing full time. Pilates helped her improve strength and core muscle
stabilization to achieve more control through movement whilst performing.
“Pilates
is brilliant because it’s a low impact exercise that can be applied to
everyday movement tasks and enhance overall functioning of the body. I’ve
found it an excellent way of working on both my strength and muscular
flexibility.” Amanda
believes in a calm, fluid approach to her classes, working with each client to
develop core muscle strength and flexibility at their own pace in a relaxed
atmosphere.
