A long time student and now instructor of Pilates, Amanda first encountered the method whilst dancing full time.  Pilates helped her improve strength and core muscle stabilization to achieve more control through movement whilst performing.

Amanda believes in a calm, fluid approach to her classes, working with each client to develop core muscle strength and flexibility at their own pace in a relaxed atmosphere.
