Sandy
brings to her Pilates practice an extensive movement background spanning over 30
years and covering 2 continents. From a competitive state gymnast to top
contemporary dance teacher and choreographer, Sandy has an eye for perfection
and precision making every workout valuable. "I
believe the human body is designed for movement. Every person has the right and
hopefully the will to discover their full movement potential; increasing their
fitness, vitality, creativity, awareness and the joy of being alive. I have re-hab
clients who have just had spinal fusions and can barely move to top athletes and
dancers; I challenge every client's movement potential with Pilate's
training".
