Tim is passionate about the benefits of a healthy & energetic lifestyle, this includes a strong focus on Pilates and Yoga. Communicating this knowledge to students as clearly as possible is the goal.

His Yoga began some 16 years ago, however it was not until sustaining a back injury, that a serious focus was placed on the importance of core strength as well as flexibility. Continual education about the body and how best to utilise it remain a priority, and whether it’s advanced work or rehabilitation for those with injuries, ensuring any exercise is FUN!
