To begin your Pilates experience with Helen & if you have never done Pilates before we suggest an introductory 55-minute Private assessment valued at $140.
Included in this special introductory offer is a Group Class & 2m of blue TheraBand. Helen will recommend your best options based on your assessment.
REFORMER/MAT CLASSES are a full body FLOW workout following along with Helen using either the spring-loaded resistance of the Reformer bed or your own body weight as resistance on the Mat. Activate your core, develop strong lean muscles & increase your metabolic rate. This is a strong abdominal, arm & leg workout.
In-person: Bring a bath size towel, water bottle & 2m blue TheraBand.
Online: Have with you the bare minimum of a Mat, small couch cushion, a pair of equally weighted objects for your hands (1/2kg-1kg each) & 2m of blue TheraBand (or equivalent). If you like to be equipped with all the bells & whistles that Helen uses, you will need a Mat, 2m blue TheraBand, Chi Ball, Swiss Ball, Firm Spiky Ball, Long Foam Roller (90cm), Magic Circle, Dura-Disc, Sliders & Hand Weights.
CIRCUIT CLASSES are supervised & taught by Helen. They are tailored to your individual needs within the framework of a 5-week program. They combine all the different class styles over the 5 weeks, & there is the opportunity to talk technique & focus on your individual postural type with Helen. If you love to learn the ‘how & why’ this is a great class for you.

PRE & POST PREGNANCY CIRCUIT CLASSES are a full body modified circuit especially designed for new mums & mums-to-be supervised & taught by Helen. This class sits within the framework of a regular Circuit class so book any time that suits your availability. If you are a mum-to-be Helen will give you a copy of your program to take home when she deems you to be ready. This will be invaluable once you are cleared to exercise again after the birth (& don’t have time to come to the studio or join a timetabled class online). She will impart all the little body wellbeing tricks she knows through her extensive training & personal experience so you can enjoy your bubba & find your new routine.

ANTIGRAVITY FITNESS CLASSES are FLOW workout with a combination of following along with Helen & being spotted & supervised by Helen. They are a soft trapeze workout designed to get you in shape while releasing you from the compression of gravity. Re-engineered from gymnastics, this fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Barre & Aerial Arts will enhance your agility, mobility and strength whilst having a heap of fun.
In-person: Wear exercise clothes that cover your arms & knees. No Zippers & no jewellery.
Online: You will need your own hammock rigged safely. Wear exercise clothes that cover your arms & knees. No Zippers & no jewellery. The online option is only suitable for experienced AntiGravity participants.
BARRE CLASSES are a fast-paced, follow the instructor, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiselled body- and fast! The method creates longer leaner dancer-like bodies by incorporating strength, flexibility and endurance into one complete workout. Barre classes gives you tone, endurance, flexibility & a great sweat!!

MATWORK CLASSES are a full body FLOW workout following along with Helen using your own body as resistance. They are the perfect blend of stretching, strengthening & toning. Activate your core, tone your abdominals, thighs & increase your spinal & body wide flexibility & mobility.
In-person: Bring a bath size towel, water bottle & 2m blue TheraBand.
Online: Have with you the bare minimum of a Mat, small couch cushion & 2m of blue TheraBand (or equivalent). If you like to be equipped with all the bells & whistles that Helen uses, you will need a Mat, 2m blue TheraBand, Chi Ball or Dura-Disc & Hand Weights.
SMALL APPARATUS CLASSES are a full body FLOW workout following along with Helen. They Combine the Matwork with all the toys such as the Magic Circle, Long Foam Roller, TheraBand, Swiss Ball, Chi Ball, Freeform Board, Sliders, Arm Weights, Core Fitness Roller and Dura Disc. By using all the different toys, you can make an exercise more achievable or more challenging. So many toys, so little time!
In-person: Bring a bath size towel, water bottle & 2m blue TheraBand.
Online: Have with you the bare minimum of a Mat, small couch cushion, a pair of equally weighted objects for your hands (1/2kg-1kg each) & 2m of blue TheraBand (or equivalent). If you like to be equipped with all the bells & whistles that Helen uses, you will need a Mat, 2m blue TheraBand, Chi Ball, Swiss Ball, Firm Spiky Ball, Long Foam Roller (90cm), Magic Circle, Dura-Disc, Sliders & Hand Weights.
PILATES ON THE BALL CLASSES are a full body FLOW workout utilising the Swiss Ball & following along with Helen. They are a dynamic & challenging with a strong core stability focus. Helen suggests your master the Matwork class before giving this one a go.
In-person: Bring a bath size towel, water bottle & 2m blue TheraBand.
Online: Have with you the bare minimum of a Swiss Ball, Mat, small couch cushion, a pair of equally weighted objects for your hands (1/2kg-1kg each) & 2m of blue TheraBand (or equivalent). If you like to be equipped with all the bells & whistles that Helen uses, you will need a Swiss Ball, Mat, 2m blue TheraBand, Chi Ball, Firm Spiky Ball, Long Foam Roller (90cm), Magic Circle, Dura-Disc, Sliders & Hand Weights.
FREE SPIKY BALL CLASSES are a 15-25 minutes, & targeted at massaging ‘gluey’ muscles & fascia to get their ‘glide’ back using the firm Spiky Ball. Helen starts at your feet & works her way up to your upper body. It is a great way to get things lubricated & moving better before being complemented with strength & stability exercises. Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, groups of muscles, your blood vessels and nerves. Fascia binds these structures together in much the same manner as plastic wrap can be used to hold the contents of sandwiches together. For various reasons (disuse, injury or just not stretching enough) your fascia & the underlying muscle tissue can become stuck together restricting movement & mobility.

Online: Have with you the bare minimum of a firm Spiky Ball. If you like to be equipped with all the bells & whistles that Helen uses, you will need a firm Spiky Ball, Long Foam Roller (90cm), a pair of soft spiky Franklin Balls & a pair of Anatomy Trains Trigger Balls.
Group Classes (except Circuit Classes) are unsuitable if you have injuries or restrictions.
We provide special private tuition if you have special needs.

Booked classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the time of class. Failure to show up or cancellation after this will incur the full cost of the class.
