To begin your Pilates experience with us we suggest an introductory 55-minute assessment valued at $70.

Included in this special introductory offer is a FREE Group Class. Your experienced instructor will recommend your best options based on your assessment.

Our group classes are uniquely designed by Helen Tardent.

  We accept a maximum of 10 participants only.



REFORMER CLASSES are a full body FLOW workout using spring loaded resistance. Activate your core, develop strong lean muscles & increase your metabolic rate. This is a strong abdominal, arm & leg workout.


JUMPILATES CLASSES are a dynamic CARDIO workout utilising the Reformer & jump board. They are packed full of abdominal exercises & suitable for experienced intermediate & advanced reformer students


STUDIO CIRCUIT CLASSES are a full body ENDURANCE workout that uses all the studio equipment, such as the Studio Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, GTS, Power Plate and Small Apparatus.


 PRE & POST PREGNANCY CIRCUIT CLASSES are a full body modified circuit especially designed for new mums & mums to be.


ANTIGRAVITY FITNESS CLASSES are a soft trapeze workout designed to get you in shape while releasing you from the compression of gravity. Re-engineered from gymnastics, this fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Barre & Aerial Arts will enhance your agility, mobility and strength whilst having fun.


ANTIGRAVITY STRETCH & RELEASE CLASSES are a unique & fluid stretch workout. The weightlessness of the hammock allows your body to safely glide to the extent of your flexibility with zerocompression on your joints and connective tissue.


BARRE CLASSES are a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiselled body- and fast! The method creates longer, leaner dancer-like bodies by incorporating strength, flexibility and endurance into one complete workout. Barre classes gives you tone, endurance & flexibility


MATWORK are a full body FLOW workout using your own body as resistance. Activate your core, tone your abdominals, thighs & increase your spinal flexibility & mobility.


SMALL APPARATUS CLASSES are a full body workout Combining the Matwork, Magic Circles, Rollers, Thera-Bands, Fit Balls, Chi Balls, Freeform Boards, Sliders, Arm Weights, Core Fitness Rollers and Dura Discs. This class will improve your core strength & stability.


PILATES ON THE BALL CLASSES are a dynamic small apparatus class using the Fit Ball. Improve core strength, flexibility and coordination.


STRETCH & FASCIA RELEASE CLASSES are a full body workout using the foam roller and spike ball. Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, groups of muscles, your blood vessels and nerves. Fascia binds these structures together in much the same manner as plastic wrap can be used to hold the contents of sandwiches together. For various reasons (disuse, injury or just not stretching enough) your fascia & the underlying muscle tissue can become stuck together restricting movement & mobility. This class will help stretch & release it.


YOGA CLASSES are a full body workout that coordinate movement & breath to flow from one pose to the next in traditional yoga sequences
