Bookings are essential (no walk-ins). Sign up online & pre-book each class.
Booked classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the time of class. Failure to show up or cancellation after this will incur the full cost of the class.
Sessions All packages are non-refundable & are transferable to another party with a 12-month validity date from time of purchase.
Classes, fees, instructors & conditions are subject to change without notice.
All classes & appointments are 55 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before your class starts.
What to bring with you to every class:
1. Bath size towel
3. Water bottle
3. 2m blue TheraBand, or equivalent stretchy for Pilates & Barre classes. TheraBand is available to purchase through our online store ($15).
