Our Double Bay & Rushcutters Bay Pilates studios provide fun & invigorating Pilates, Barre & AntiGravity® classes in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney and online all over Australia and overseas. We cater for all ages, levels of fitness & body types including beginners.

With over 30 years of experience, Helen has a hands-on, personalised approach, and will customise your sessions to best suit your needs & help you reach your goals – whether that be to tone up, improve your posture, increase your flexibility, rehabilitate, or general wellbeing & confidence.

Our classes are small, intimate & can be taken on-site or online. We specialise in:

Private classes (1 person) & Shared Private classes (you & a friend)

Semi-private classes (3-4 people)

Pilates Circuit classes

Pre & post-natal Circuit classes (with home programming included)

Pilates Reformer & Reformer/Mat classes

Pilates Mat classes 

Pilates on the Ball classes

 Rehabilitation (medically directed within the context of a Private, Shared Private or Semi-private class)

Goal specific & time effective, Pilates is a low impact workout ideal for any level of fitness.

Often referred to as the ‘thinking person’s workout’, concentration & focus enables you to isolate your  muscles & fine tune your movements, encouraging your body to reach its full potential.

Under my tutorage learn how to:

Control & improve your posture through mobilisation, stabilisation & strength training.

Become adept at incorporating specific breathing techniques to emphasise your parasympathetic nervous system (relaxed & calm).

Challenge your mind to coordinate multiple movements at your own pace to keep your mind younger & more agile.

 Pilates invigorates your mind & elevates your spirit! I have practiced Pilates daily for over 30 years & I still love it. Combined with applied anatomical training, Barre, AntiGravity & underpinning  ballet career, I feel that I have amassed a uniquely balanced movement method that has a place in everyone’s exercise regime.
