Introductory Private (1 person), Shared Private (2 people) & Semi Private Classes (3-4 people)
These classes are recommended for you if you are new to Pilates & AntiGravity® classes, have special considerations &/or would like to ask questions on the principles & techniques before joining a small group class. You receive 1 group class & 2m blue TheraBand with your first Introductory Private, Shared Private or Semi-private class & Helen will recommend which styles of class will be suitable for you.
Ongoing Private, Shared Private (2 people) & Semi-private Classes
If you recognise that the quieter & more personalised attention given in Helen’s Private, Shared Private or Semi-private classes is more your style than a small group class, then you may continue to book them & we recommend you purchase a package of 5, 10 or 20 classes at our discounted rate. These classes do have the advantage of being customised to suit your individual needs & are ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, alleviate muscle imbalances and stress, & achieve your personal exercise goals.
In these classes, you can take advantage of the different Pilates equipment, Barre, Yoga and the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® hammocks .
Suitability: all levels.
What to bring: water bottle, bath size towel & 2m blue TheraBand or equivalent.
What to wear: comfortable exercise clothing that covers your armpits & legs with no zippers.
Class Duration: 55 minutes
All prices include GST.
Bookings are essential.
All bookings must be paid for in advance.
Sessions are transferable to another party.
Sessions are non-refundable.
All sessions have an expiry date.
Booked classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the time of class. Failure to show up or cancellation after this will incur the full cost of the class.
